Quality Assurance

Controlling quality of the deliverables is one of the important aspects and requires a good thought process along with in-depth product knowledge. We at Synesco, maintain high quality standards of deliverables by performing extensive testing prior to making the releases. Our quality assurance is based on following testing models

Internal

The deliverables, before being shipped are tested by a dedicated testing team internally to ensure the completeness of the solution and performance benchmarks. This includes – System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing (Smoke Testing, Load Testing), Functionality Testing etc.

External

External testing is primarily the customers responsibility and we encourage them perform thorough testing of all the aspects with a pre-defined time frame window. During the User acceptance testing, the Synesco team provides full assistance in designing the test cases, scenarios or any training needs.
